The units are new-fashioned, huge with a good bathroom.
Could not be improved in any way.

Plenty of savoury and extensive breakfast items to choose from. Location right by the prospect of more to come, laundry across the street, and the Chiang Mai Gate and surrounding area;)))

Good stay, as always. Original hotel with large rooms and an outdoor bathroom. Savoury breakfast for new eggs to come out, amazing views. Superfriendly staff during my stay. Busy area, very central location right by night markets, temples, restaurants, and attractions in the old city as well as the Night Bazaar.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Chiang Mai recently. The location was perfect, situated outside the main center in a quiet area, but still within walking distance to the Saturday Street market. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a balcony to relax on. The hotel also offered both Western and Asian food options for breakfast, which was included in the price. great value for money and attention to detail.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Nice hotel, good location, silent but not to far from the centre. Free shuttlebus to the nightbazar every evening at 20h. Small but nice swimmingpool. Good rooms, good airco! Good price
Very hard bed, rooms are very hot as you arrive back, after 10min this problem is solved.

It had a great selection of meals for breakfast, including toast, fresh fruit, eggs, and bangers. The location couldn't be more handy and incredibly comfortable close to local markets...
None.

Friendly staff happy to assist with any query or issue. Standard room a bit dull and antiquated, however updated to delux at not much extra cost and brightened up our day. Nice room overlooking pool. Location is good, not far to anywhere really.
Breakfast, after staying 10 days, became a bit boring. Would like to see them offer some cereal and yoghurt. Scrambled eggs tasted powdery as considerable amount was left every day. Yet, they kept on serving it up. Maybe order some crossoints and pastries from the bakery up the road.

The hotel's proximity to the local night market and restaurants made exploring the city easy. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful with tourist activities. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities.
The breakfast offered was not very high quality and the pool area was uninviting.

I have stayed at this hotel on and off for over 15 years. The old wing has been recently renovated in chiang mai style much to credit of owner. The new wing has always been smart. Phoning the hotel, I was quoted baht 1500 per night but using Booked.net the price for a superior room was baht 1000. The hotel entrance is currently undergoing refurbishment but doubtless it will look even better when the work is completed. Reception staff speak English. Breakfast has never been brilliant at this hotel but the coffee and toast are excellent.

I loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff was incredibly helpful with transportation options. The hotel was located in an ideal part of the city, close to tuktuks and taxis. Plus, it was within walking distance to the night market, making it easy for me to explore the city at night.
Almost perfect.

- The staff was friendly and helpful - travel guide desk located in the hotel (the lady there was very helpful, spoke good English and provided us with excellent information about possible trips and events) - location - close to the old town
- At least standard rooms require renovation (especially bathroom) - air-conditioning was so loud that we had to switch it off at night (it was not that warm in the evening so it was OK)
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
